• Boutique Practice Specializing in Anxiety for Women and Their Families in San Francisco and Marin County.

A Thought Partner is someone who: collaborates with you to support and provoke divergent thinking and action.

Are you someone who often sacrifices your own needs and wants to prioritize your friends or your families’ needs?

Do you find you sometimes struggle with perfectionism or people-pleasing?

Perhaps your life looks amazing, “on paper”, however you feel miserable, not good enough, or simply not enjoying the life you created?

Are you worried about your child, your spouse or even your neighbor?

Many women contact us either for support for themselves or for someone they love.  During the pandemic, we realized we were sending too many people away, because we didn’t have capacity to see everyone, or weren’t specialized in all of the areas where support was needed. In order to meet this demand and broaden our scope of being helpful, we decided we had to grow! We continue to onboard qualified and compassionate therapists to ensure all of your needs can be met, whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or someone else within your circle. We pride ourselves on being equipped to work with individuals, children, adolescents/teens, couples, and families.

We work specifically with people of all ages and genders, throughout California, on issues such as relationships, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, infertility, prenatal stress reduction, postpartum, infidelity, menopausal changes, health management, life transitions, grief and loss, and bipolar support. Treatment modalities include CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Treatment), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Psychodynamic, Schema-Informed and Relational approaches. This holistic, solution-focused psychotherapy will both challenge and inspire you to grow as a whole, healthy individual.

We are a dedicated and passionate team of therapists in San Francisco and Marin counties who believe that taking time out of your day to self-reflect and practice self-care is an amazing gift to give yourself. We feel honored to be a part of that process with you. We also believe that all people have a desire and tendency for self-improvement and growth, and in keeping that in mind, we help clients improve their quality of life, however that may be. We work with many people who are feeling stuck in their lives and are looking for more direction, connection, and meaning. Many people come to us for help with their anxiety, burnout, depression, and general life stress. Our clients describe us as warm, approachable, and compassionate. We can relate to people easily and believe in creating solidarity with our clients, all the while affirming their dignity. We care deeply about providing culturally-sensitive practices that are evidenced-based.
